Unrated, ce qui en gros signifie que les chroniqueurs refusent d'évaluer le dvd...
En même temps c'est un peu normal, si ce qu'ils expliquent par rapport à la propriété intellectuelle de Wayne Dobson est exact.

Pour rappel il s'agit de cette séquence mythique et hilarante :

Ce numéro de W. Dobson a hélas été maintes fois copié même chez nous en Belgique; parfois même très bien. Si au moins des droits lui étaient reversés cela adoucirait sa maladie

C'est vrai que... C'est décevant de la part d'un personnage aussi mythique (pour pas dire mythologique) que Jeff McBride... Je pense qu'il ne tardera pas à donner sa part de l'explication.

De plus dans son dvd Mc Bride reprend toute la séquence de Norbert FERRE avec le squeazer...

La réaction de Craig Petty est assez violente (mais sans doute justifiée...).
Venant de Mc Bride c'est quand même assez étonnant...

I was shocked and disappointed!

I spoke with Wayne today and our misunderstanding has been cleared up... but the damage that the review is doing to my reputation continues.

Wayne has been my friend for over 20 years, and the thought of any harm on my part to him in any way is absolutely reprehensible to me.

This is a sorry situation when things like this occur, possibly damaging professional reputations; yet, at the same time, it is an opportunity for better understanding.

I do credit Wayne on the DVD and do not teach the routine he does... I just adapted things he has released on his FOURSEEN and other DVD's for my show.

Wayne is very compassionate and has a great heart... talking today with him was most enlightening, we spoke about his performing rights being granted for his routine to others.

I will also talk to the guys from the review site soon too! I've left a few emails and a phone message.
Yes the are many sides to a story and thank you for being understanding of that!

Thanks for your concern..... I feel that deep down inside, are of us all trying to do the right thing.

I am sure you will understand if we don’t respond to individual comments regarding this matter whilst it is still ongoing.

I spoke to Wayne about this yesterday at some length and also spoke to Jeff for over an hour this morning. Jeff has already in the process of discussing the matter with Wayne and the two of them are trying to reach an amicable outcome. Jeff has also told me that he will be continuing to discuss the matter later today when Wayne is available.

I know Wayne is in a very difficult position as he has sold the performance rights to his routine to one individual performer, for exclusive use in Las Vegas.

Having spoken to both Jeff and Wayne personally it is obvious that it is a very difficult situation but I am confident that they are both working hard to reach an understanding from a misunderstanding.

As soon as I hear from Wayne and Jeff that the situation is resolved we will be happy to rate the DVD as usual and comment on this matter further.
